Industrial Coatings Helper
Turner Coatings, LLC is looking to fill several paint helper positions on our Day Shift. We are an industrial coatings company located in Spring, Texas and we are growing. Individuals who show dedication and a willingness to learn have the potential to be trained as a blaster or painter. Job Duties
Job Duties include but may not be limited to:
- Masking parts prior to blasting and coating
- Cleaning or degreasing parts using household cleaners, pressure washers, solvents
- Sanding parts between coats
- Handling and hanging parts prior to sandblasting or painting
- Palletizing parts to ship
- Assembling and disassembling basic fasteners
- Cleaning and organizing the shop and laydown yard
- Experience Mixing Paint is a plus
- Experience touching up painted parts is a plus.
- Forklift Experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work outside for most or all of a shift

Position should expect to work 36+ hrs. per week. We are a customer-centric organization and overtime is often available or required.

Previous Coatings Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Reliable transportation is required.
Pay: Starting at $14 per hour AND UP
