Outside Sales Representative

We are currently recruiting an Outside Sales Professional to join our team! The position is available for immediate hire. We are an established and growing coatings company looking to grow again in 2021! We offer opportunities for personal and professional growth with an uncapped commission structure and training. Our office environment is fast-paced, high energy, fun, and challenging. Position is currently located in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate will grow our existing lines of business and bring experience and contacts to our developing commercial business. This person should have experience working with General Contractors, Building Manufacturers, Property Developers, and understand the process of qualifying for and winning construction projects.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • B2B Cold Calling
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prospecting new leads
  • Working within a database to keep information organized
  • Communicating project status to customers to keep them informed
  • Communicating consistently with Customers, MGMT, and Support Staff
  • Learning and recognizing industry trends and communicating solutions
  • Attending Sales Meetings and communicating successes, struggles, strategy, and patterns
  • Closing sales and meeting sales goals
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Traits of self-motivated, coachable, adaptable characteristics
  • Proactive tendencies; setting goals for themselves that exceed those set for them by MGMT

Position should expect to work 40+ hrs. per week. We are a customer-centric organization and this position will require constant interaction with various clientele.

Previous Coatings Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
