Industrial Coatings Applicator – Painter
Turner Coatings, LLC is an industrial coating application company located in Spring, Texas. We are an employee centered organization that understands without our painters and employees we would not be the shop that we are today.
We are currently looking to fill a day and night shift position with an experienced industrial painter. Compensation is $17-$25 an hour depending on paint test and experience. We offer a benefits package with a company contribution towards Health Insurance. Currently working 35-55 hours a week.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to communicate with management
Job Duties
- Painters must know how to set up a conventional paint pot
- Painters must have experience with air assisted and airless paint systems
- Painters must know how to mix kits of paint
- Painters must understand how to paint complex structures
- Painters must be able to work on solo project and as a member of a team
- Painters must understand WFT guages and how to use them
- Painters must have experience with the most common industrial coatings
- Painters must be able to consistently hit mils while painting.
- 3 years’ experience in job shop paint environment is strongly preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
Previous Coatings Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
